Rotaract provides an opportunity for young adults to enhance their knowledge and develop skills which will assist them in personal and professional development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities and to promote better relations through a framework of friendship and service.
Rotary
Rotary Clubs in Cyprus are among the most active service organizations on the island. All members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, promote peace, and eradicate polio.
AEK Athletic Club
The local athletic club, AEK, known mainly for their football team, but also includes basketball and volleball teams, both men and women as well as a number of academies for the young ages. I had the opportunity to work with the men’s football team publication, AEKition, that used to be issued every quarter, as well as design the women’s team volleball calendar for 2018.
